In case you don’t already know,
Genetically Modified Organisms or, GMOs are organisms; plants or animals, in
which the genetic composition is altered by inserting genetic material from an
unrelated species, to obtain new characteristics (Genetic Literacy Project), such as increased crop yield and resistance against pest or insects.
Genetic modification has been tested on animals, however, the Food and Drug
Administration of the USA has not approved the use of GM animals for human
consumption.

Religious factors are usually quite controversial, bordering on superstition. Its not Lab work vs God's Green Earth i.e unnatural vs natural. Individuals have been altering the Genome for generations using the soil as their laboratory; cultivating and conducting experiments.Agriculture has always been a science not a spiritual order.

Genetic Modification has been around for a very long time and some of its products are widely used today! I hope you stay tuned as we cover even more of this topic.
